Return and Refund Policy – Eshop Junction
Overview
At Eshop Junction, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Items returned without proper packaging or proof of purchase may not be accepted.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return due to their nature, including perishable, intimate, or hygiene-related goods.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene-related items
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
To complete your return, you must provide a valid order number or receipt as proof of purchase. Please do not send your product directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by our support team.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Products that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item missing parts or accessories.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@eshopjunction.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at support@eshopjunction.com with your order details. Once approved, send your product to the return address provided by our support team.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided by our customer service team after approval. You can contact us at support@eshopjunction.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package without tracking.
